Each article in LiveTiles Reach displays an author, which is entered in the publishing settings. However, if you do not want to display the author, but another person, you can use the field "On behalf of:
For this purpose, a separate channel could be set up, containing only newsletters. To ensure that the format or certain contents always look uniform, for example, an existing article can be duplicated in the editor to use a certain framework:
The desired customers who are to receive the newsletter can be authorized as readers in a new group. After a new news article is published, a push or email notification is sent to the recipients as usual, depending on the profile settings. External customers who do not use LiveTiles Reach via the mobile app, for example, can easily read the news articles in the browser on their PC/notebook.
Published articles can be unpublished at any time, e.g. to make corrections to the content. Authorized authors/editors see this function in the edit mode of an article:

LiveTiles Reach can display videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Microsoft Stream. You can insert a video by clicking the "+" in the content editor. After entering the URL you will see a preview of the video:
To use Azure AD for user authentication only, no special permissions are required. You can simply log in with any user from AD you want to connect to. This is because user authentication is an open service provided by Azure AD. As soon as you also want to use Azure AD groups in LiveTiles Reach or perform a user search, you need administrator permission. However, this can be done in a later step

If a registration for an event is given, a user can register for himself, but also for other people. For this purpose, the function "View and manage participants" is called up at the very bottom of the detailed view of an event:
It can be decided per event whether registration is mandatory. In addition, authors can set whether the list of already registered persons should be publicly visible:
In the location settings of an event, the available number of seats can be assigned individually:
If the number of participants is limited, only a corresponding number of people can register for the event.
Every event in LiveTiles Reach offers the possibility of an ICS download:
ICS files can automatically add the event to your calendar that support the ICS file format such as MS Outlook, Apple iCal, Google Calendar and Mozilla Lightning. From the LiveTiles Reach event, the title, location, start and end date are included in the ICS file
